Privacy policy

Last updated November 3, 2026

Sellery helps you photograph items, drafts listings for them with AI, and helps you post those listings on marketplaces such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist. Sellery is operated by Sellery LLC ("Sellery", "we", "us"). This policy explains what Sellery collects and why.

What we collect

What stays on your phone

When you sign in to a marketplace inside Sellery, that sign-in (cookies and any saved password) stays on your device, just like a web browser. Sellery's servers never receive your marketplace passwords. Copies of listing photos may be saved to a "Sellery" album on your phone so marketplace sites can attach them.

How we use it

We do not sell your data, show ads, or use third-party tracking or analytics.

Where it is stored

On secure cloud servers in the United States, encrypted at rest and in transit. Photos are only reachable through private links that expire.

We use a small number of service providers to run Sellery: cloud hosting, account sign-in, AI listing drafting, and the app stores' billing. They process data only to provide those services to us, under contracts that keep it confidential.

Keeping and deleting

Your data is kept while your account exists. Deleting a listing removes it and its photos. Deleting your account (Settings → Delete account in the app, or see account deletion) permanently removes your listings, photos, usage record and sign-in account. Server logs that may contain technical request data are kept for up to 30 days.

Children

Sellery is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
